Tag Heuer Carrera Calibre 16 Day-Date Chronograph

 

TAG Heuer recently introduced the Calibre 16 Day-Date chronograph as part of their popular Carrera collection. They come in a nice variety of dial colors and have the option of either strap or bracelet. The movement is a TAG Heuer Calibre 16 automatic.

The polished steel case is 43mm in diameter with a tachymeter scale on the bezel (black aluminium bezel for black dial, brown aluminium bezel for brown dial and polished steel bezel for silver dial). The sapphire crystal is domed and treated with a double sided antireflective treatment. The dial features 3 subdials; chronograph hour at 6 o'clock, running second a 9 o'clock and chronograph minute at 12 o'clock. The hands are polished and feature luminescent markers for improved night time visibility. A large day-date window is located at 3 o'clock. A brushed and polished bracelet is available, the alligator strap with a steel folding clasp and safety push buttons is shown. The caseback is a sapphire. Water resistance is 100 m
